If you contact Bradshaw Accounting Solutions by email, I use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry and discuss potential services. Inquiries remain in my business email; I do not add them to a CRM or mailing list. Only I access and manage these inquiries, although my email provider processes messages to deliver and host the service.
I delete inquiries that do not result in a client engagement. My email provider may retain copies of deleted messages in recovery systems, backups, or other records according to its retention policies. Deleting a message from my mailbox does not necessarily remove those copies immediately.
Please do not send confidential financial records, Social Security numbers, account credentials, or other sensitive information in an initial email.
